Education

The department gives courses in several engineering programs, mainly the programs for Fire Protection Engineering (BSc), Risk Management and Safety Engineering (MSc-level) Civil Engineering (MSc-level) and Environmental Engineering (MSc-level).

Examples on more international study programs where researchers from the department have been active in setting up the programs are Disaster Management, a co-operation between the division of Fire Safety Engineering / Systems Safety and the University of Copenhagen, and the LTH International Master program in Water Resources.

Most Diploma work is related to research projects and in some cases they are carried out internationally, for instance as Minor Field Studies.
